DocsHero is a business management SaaS platform built for the German market — handling offers, invoicing, employee time tracking, leave management, lead tracking, and more, all from one system.
The relationship started in March 2021 with Schmidt-TUDL IT-Consulting. By October 2021, we were developing DocsHero; in December 2021, the first basic demo system was live for clients, sponsors, and partners.
The platform now spans Admin, Partner, and Customer portals — each with its own permissions, workflows, and user experience. We continue to build, maintain, and expand it today.
Beyond the core platform, our team continues to support client-specific work under the Schmidt-TUDL IT-Consulting relationship without naming private products publicly.
Visit DocsHero.deA warm, child-centered early-years and elementary school needed a website that reflected its values — not a generic template.
We built a fully custom WordPress platform covering admissions, programs, school life, newsletters, and an events calendar. We continue to maintain and support the site as ProdigyHigh grows.
Beyond the public pages, the site runs on a bespoke theme with its own settings panel — so the school can manage everything from contact details to an interactive "Our Journey" timeline without touching a line of code.

For around a year and a half, we handled ongoing updates, feature work, and day-to-day upkeep — keeping the site current and shipping improvements as their needs changed. It was a different kind of engagement than a ground-up build: steady, feature-ready support for a team that needed a dependable pair of hands on an existing product.
Not every project we've built was for a client — some we built for ourselves.
Iconic Cospace was a premium coworking space we co-founded, designed, and brought to life — from the website and booking system to the physical space itself. It's a project we're proud of, even though it's no longer active today.
